* Download the Source ISO and preferred language
* If you want en-US then just download the SOURCE ISO

* Run the exe-file in the same folder as the SOURCE ISO.
* This will extract & re-create a ISO in selected language.

* EG, should you run all 17 exe-files with that one SOURCE ISO,
* you would have exactly the same 18 ISO´s as in first pic!
